Mr. Puff Smoke Shop on Pat Booker has built one of those reputations you can't fake: ask anyone who shops here and Shane's name comes up almost immediately. People genuinely go out of their way to catch him working.

The selection is the other half of the draw. Regulars describe it as deep enough to cover whatever they're after, with fair prices that keep them coming back instead of shopping around. Matt gets mentioned fondly too, and Harley has apparently turned around at least one customer's opinion of the place after a rough evening visit elsewhere in the shop, stepping in with the kind of service that made them give Mr.

Puff another shot. There's the occasional mention of an off night with a less attentive staffer, but the overwhelming sense from people who actually shop here is loyalty. More than one person has said flat out they stopped going next door once they found this place.
